The things that we do in life and the way that we go about our day to day lives is what defines us as human beings. We can feel amazing during a holiday or well-earned break, and that feeling can often continue for a short while once we come back home and return to 'normality'. The same can be true when we come back after a treatment such as a massage or reiki treatment. But eventually the feeling fades, if we are not living in alignment with our truest selves.
It is the way in which we live our daily lives that is the primary contributor to our levels of happiness.
