1 x random box of Satya Incense - we have specially chosen this incense for its quality and unique fragrance - light the end, then blow out and place in a holder to create a beautiful smell in any room.
1 x stick of Palo Santo (holy wood) - light one end for about 30 seconds then blow it out. Move from room to room, focusing on the corners of the room and set your intention for clearing any negative energies. You can use the feather to waft the smoke, or blow on it, and if it goes out, repeat the lighting process,
1 x piece of Selenite - this is a great stone for peace and tranquillity, and enhances purification and cleansing rituals - keep it on your person whilst cleansing then leave it in a prominent place on the fireplace or bedside table for instance.
1 x feather - they signify the element of air and can be used to waft the smoke of Palo Santo.
Birds are traditionally revered by native/indigenous people (which is where a lot of cleansing or 'smudging' rituals come from) because of their closeness and connection to the Divine 
1 x rope incense - they are made up of herbs found in the high Himalayas and used in temples for aromatic ambience. The rope should be burnt in a marble or metal dish, light one end and blow out for a wonderfully strong smell!
